About Us
Providence Medical Management is a debt recovery agency dedicated to servicing your needs in medical collections. Located in the semi-rural city of Bakersfield, California, we've used our experience to understand most complications in terms of corporate and personal situations. We emphasize our services and performance to individual people, not on numbers and statistics. Founded in 2016, we've already had thousands of successful collections and big and small companies alike throughout the nation who decided us to be their long-term debt recovery agency and yet we are still more vibrant than ever to handle more collections and make more long-term partnerships.
The Big Difference
No matter how much the collection may be or even how old the collection is, we will still do our best to collect the debt with respect of the Statute of Limitations of the state and guarantee that our low flat rate of 25% per successful collection will remain the same.
Compared to other debt collection agencies, who often bully and harass debtors to make their payments, at Providence Medical Management, we sympathize with the debtors and understand that life can be difficult and that certain circumstances can arise where paying a debt can be difficult, in which case we try do our best to inform them of the seriousness of their situation and what is the best way for them to pay their debt. So we try to not only meet the convenience of our clients but also with the debtors.
Collection Procedure
We contact and call our given collections on a regular basis and do our best to negotiate with them on the most efficient way they could pay off their balance. However, we also send debtors monthly mailing notices to inform them of the seriousness of their situation of owing money to a medical institution and to encourage them to pay with respect to the Fair Debt Collections Act.

Our Low Flat Rate
Providence Medical Management follows the policy of "No Recovery, No Fee" meaning that our services are completely free until our company has a successful collection. Other debt recovery agencies may charge on a monthly basis or may follow a similar policy of "No Recovery No Fee" but have a dynamic rate based on the age of the account. On the other hand, here at Providence, for each successful case we only charge our low flat rate of 25% of the balance of the collection no matter the age or amount of the account.
